The questions we keep getting.

Is Free really free?

Yes. No card required, no time limit, no feature time-bombs. The trade-off is you bring your own AI provider key — we recommend Ollama Cloud, which has a generous free tier and doesn't ask for a card either.

Why bring your own AI key on Free?

Because hosting AI usage for free at scale isn't sustainable. BYOK lets us keep Free actually free for everyone. Pro removes the BYOK requirement — Tafseel bundles the AI usage and you pay one predictable monthly cost.

When does Pro launch?

Pricing and date land soon. Existing users get early-bird pricing — anyone signed up before Pro goes live keeps a discount as long as they stay subscribed.

What about teams or enterprise plans?

Not yet. Tafseel is built for individual job seekers right now. Team and recruiter-side tooling is a separate product question we'll address when there's real demand.

Can I switch plans?

When Pro is available, yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Nothing on your account changes; your applications, tracker, profiles, and CV versions all stay where they are.

Do you offer refunds?

For Pro, yes — within the first 14 days, no questions asked. Free doesn't need a refund policy because there's nothing to refund.
